Trust, Security & Privacy

This page is maintained by Gilbert Services Southwest (GSS Wireless+) to answer common security and privacy questions about our site and services. It describes our current practices and is editable project content — it is not an independent certification or third-party audit.

Who we are & shared responsibility

GSS Wireless+ is operated by Gilbert Services Southwest in Arizona. We resell and support AT&T business connectivity (wireless internet, 5G, fiber where available) and provide AI & automation services. Connectivity services are delivered by AT&T under their terms; we are responsible for our website, lead intake, customer communications, and any data customers share with us directly.

What data we collect

  • Contact details you submit through lead and coverage forms (name, email, phone, address, business notes).
  • Messages you send via our chat widget or email.
  • Standard request/log data (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

We do not sell personal information. We use the data you provide to respond to your request, qualify service availability, and follow up about GSS Wireless+ services.

Hosting & subprocessors

The site runs on managed cloud infrastructure. Lead data and CRM records are stored in our managed backend (Lovable Cloud / Supabase Postgres) with row-level security enabled. AI chat features may route messages through our AI gateway provider to generate replies. Calendar booking links go to Calendly. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.

Security controls

  • HTTPS/TLS in transit for all site traffic and API calls.
  • Authenticated admin area gated behind login; role checks on privileged actions.
  • Row-level security policies on customer-facing database tables.
  • Secrets and API keys stored in managed secret storage — never in client code.
  • Webhook and public API endpoints verify input and, where applicable, signatures.

Retention & your choices

We retain lead and customer records for as long as needed to provide service and meet business and legal obligations. You can request access, correction, or deletion of the information you submitted by emailing us at the address below.
